Building bumpers and a rollcage 
All exterior tubework done with 1.75 x .120" DOM tube, while internal cage was built out of 1.75 x .120" CREW.
Note blue tape where fender was later cut for tire clearance, when fender tubes were added.
Other than adding blinker mounting tabs to the front bumper, the exterior tube work is done. Time to move on to the interior cage...



Main hoop/b-pillar bent up:

'Feet' made for mounting the cage to the floor. The way the feet were designed, the cage is bolted directly to 6 different body mounts, making the cage that much stronger in a rollover - nothing will be able to punch through the floor.


Mount made out of .125" sheet to mount the factory mirror/courtesy light unit.
